YOUR CALLING IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO

Are you looking for purpose in your life? Trying to find a career that is a calling? Each day you can make a difference by being yourself and doing good. The greatest impact you can have is probably just around the corner, within your grasp, and embedded in your heart. It may not be easy, but it is accessible.

About the Book

Almost anyone you ask would say that they want to do work that matters. Yet many people do not feel like they are actively making a difference in the world. Others may feel a sense of calling but lack either the courage or the supportive community to carry it out. But if God created each of us on purpose, for a purpose, we should be ordering our lives around that purpose.

Jonathan reveals to readers how to identify their calling, dispels the myths and misunderstandings we often have about what constitutes a calling, and challenges them to pursue that calling with a courage that can surmount the many obstacles that may lie in their path. He also shows readers how to cultivate a community of support that will help them fulfill their calling.

For anyone who is dissatisfied with the work they are doing, just entering the workforce, or wondering what more is out there, this book reveals how to embrace the meaningful life they were meant to live

Join the Movement

Be You. Do Good. It’s more than just a book, it’s something we can all do each day. Big or little, the good things you do make a difference, and we want you to join the movement.

The Do Good Initiative operates in partnership with Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Co. and helped inspire Be You. Do Good. The Initiative allows our friends, partners, and fellow coffee lovers to donate to special projects in our farming communities and give back to the farmers who have given us so much.

Each project is governed by the needs communicated by community leaders and local churches. Our goal is to address poverty with a holistic solution, seeking to meet social, economic, and spiritual needs of the people in the most sustainable way possible. Your donation helps us to bring these projects to fruition.

Land of a Thousand Hills provides over 2500 farmers in Rwanda with sustainable living wages. When you purchase our coffee, you change lives. Each 12oz bag of coffee sold provides a day’s wage for one of our farmers. It is through our collaborative trade that we are able to follow the calling to promote social, spiritual, and economic justice while celebrating the growth we see everyday in Rwanda.
